INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Description:

Silagen® Acne Scar + Spot Corrector helps to smooth skin texture while lightening and brightening spots left by acne.
The product contains medical grade silicone gel that has a soft, silky feel and has been shown in clinical studies to
help improve the appearance of scars.

We have super charged the silicone base with ReTex-5™ technology, a combination of powerful ingredients that can improve skin texture and fade dark or
red spots. Clinical research guided our selection of the most efective ingredients at proven potencies to ensure a smoother, more even skin tone.

Indications:

Silagen® Acne Scar + Spot Corrector is designed to be used in the management
of post acne scars and hyperpigmentation.

Contraindications:

Silagen® Acne Scar + Spot Corrector is contraindicated in patients with a known
sensitivity to silicone, vitamin C, bakuchiol or azelaic acid.
DO NOT USE ON ACTIVE ACNE, OPEN WOUNDS OR BROKEN SKIN.

Directions for Use:

Week 1: Use Silagen® Acne Scar + Spot Corrector once daily at bedtime. Wash
and dry skin and apply a thin layer over scarred area. Massage gently into skin.

Week 2: If Silagen® Acne Scar + Spot Corrector was well tolerated in week 1
increase use to twice daily, morning and bedtime. Daily morning use of Silagen® Silicone Gel + SPF 30 is recommended for sun protection. Apply after
Silagen® Acne Scar + Spot Corrector has dried on the skin.

Products should remain on the skin for a minimum of 6 hours daily to improve
appearance of scars.

For Optimal Results:

Silagen ® Acne Scar + Spot Corrector should be used for a
minimum of 3 months. Additional improvement may occur with continued use
for 6 months.

Caution:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on active acne, or irritated or broken skin. If irritation occurs,
discontinue use and consult your doctor. Keep out of reach of children.

Layering this product with other topical products including Rx or OTC acne
medications, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C, or retinoids may cause irritation. Patch
testing is recommended prior to rst use.

Sun Alert:

Because this product may make your skin more sensitive to the sun,
be certain you have adequate sunscreen protection in daytime. Sun exposure
on scars can also cause or worsen hyperpigmentation and scar appearance.
